MoniQA Association was invited to co-organise a workshop on “Effective Food Allergen Management” for Laboratories, Industry, Food Manufacturers, Authorities and Policy Makers in Bangkok, Thailand. Please see the programme at http://association.moniqa.org/workshops/allergen_bangkok_2012.
The theoretical part is limited to 50 participants, the practical laboratory exercise is limited to 30 participants. The practical lab exercise will include demonstration and hands-on use of ELISA and DipStick assays.
